Lovely room. Lovely staff. We arrived very early in the morning and the receptionist kindly arranged for our room to be cleaned first so we could check in early. After a sleepless night on a bus, this was very welcome as we fully expected to have to wait until 2pm to use the room. They were also helpful booking taxis for us.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and in a central location. The shower is wonderful as is the cleanliness of the entire room. Ibis and Jesus at the front desk are very helpful and welcoming.

The standard of cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast was really good and service excellent. The team are friendly and respectful. Booking a taxi to and from the airport was easy and quickly taken care of by them.

Breakfast was great and the staff, particularly Ibis was very helpful of transportation and how to get to different places.
